Geoff Lobegeier, from our channel partner, Pilz Australia, delivered another informative MachineSAFE Comprehensive course to Worksafe WA in Teksal Safety’s Perth office, highlighting the importance of safety in machine workplaces.

MachineSAFE Comprehensive covers the fundamentals to make machinery safe, in line with Australian legislation and standards.

It covers the key points of machinery safety, including methodology for risk assessments, selection and design of guarding, selection and use of safety components, design and assessment of safety control systems, electrical safety of machinery and fluid safety – all with reference to WHS legislation and Australian Standard AS/NZS 4024 Safety of Machinery.
