All Teksal Safety Goods carry the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

Goods incorrectly ordered or that are no longer required by the Customer and are unopened and saleable, may be returned to Teksal Safety within 15 days and at Teksal Safety’s discretion. Customers will be charged a 15% restocking and handling fee for returned Goods.

Customised and specially manufactured goods are non-refundable.

A copy of the Teksal Safety invoice or proof of purchase must be attached to all returned Goods.

In order to return Goods, a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) must be allocated by Teksal Safety. Before returning Goods, the Customer must contact Teksal Safety for their RAN.  Teksal reserves the right to reject goods returned without a RAN.

Refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment for the Goods.
