Teksal Safety’s Steve Parks, Sales & Technical Support Manager, is delivering SOFIS Smith interlock training to one of our clients, in anticipation of an upcoming shutdown.
Designed to support the upcoming FLNG Shell Prelude shutdown, the training for the Monadelphous team provides participants with a solid understanding of why interlocks are used for process safety and how they work.
It also addresses challenges that may arise after installation and commissioning, such as ‘stuck’ keys, and how to resolve them.
This training is also useful for plant operators.
